A symbol of French classicism and elegance, Guy Laroche perfumes lead to a world of timeless seduction.
Two great classics: Fidji, a cheerfully sunny ladies’ fragrance and Drakkar Noir, a fruity, masculine fragrance for men, are sensually sultry perfumes from Guy Laroche. Fiji, the woman is an island, Fiji is her perfume. The remote escape and the search for the dream.
Born in 1921, French designer Guy Laroche began his fashion career as a hat maker before becoming the assistant of designer Jean Desses in 1947. To expand his understanding of the ready to wear clothing industry Laroche traveled to the United States in 1955 to study their manufacturing methods. Returning to Paris in 1957 Laroche began his own label. His first collection was well received and squarely put his name on the map.
